Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

With Other Members: Your display name, profile photo, and approximate location are visible to other members. Your exact pickup address is only shared with the specific member who claims your item.
Service Providers: We use third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, cloud hosting) that may process your data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App settings.

Access & Correction: You can view and update your profile information at any time in the App.
Deletion: You can delete your account through Settings → Subscription → Delete my account.
Opt-Out: You can disable push notifications through your device settings.

Kindnest is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
